Jane Pahang is an enthusiastic and experienced physical therapist currently practicing at Chung Ying Physical Therapy & Acupuncture. She has been working as a licensed physical therapist since 2013. Prior to her current practice, Jane also worked as a home care physical therapist, designing and implementing personalized training and treatment programs for her patients. Jane was also a widely experienced mentor in an undergraduate physical therapy program. She was responsible for creating interactive learning programs and supervising hands-on clinical rotations. As a well-respected mentor, Jane always stays up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques available.

Jane received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Cebu University. From her training, she is well-versed in numerous therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, evidence-based exercise programs, the Bobath technique, myofascial release, Kinesio Taping Method, and electrotherapy etc.

Combining her extensive experience and knowledge, Jane is specialized in treating a wide array of medical conditions including, muscle/joint pain, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, hemiplegia, facial palsy, carpal tunnel syndromes, fibromyalgia, sciatica, frozen shoulder, herniated disc, and sports injuries.

 

Jane believes in the significance of doctor-patient communication, and has strong analytical skills in assessing conditions and implementing interventions. She insists on creating and administering personalized treatment plans for her patients. In addition, as Jane is bilingual in English and Tagalong, she relates well to people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
